July 2019 Fitness Schedule

Our Yoga instructor, Alexandra, is now offering two new classes outside of our group fitness schedule.

Yoga for Golfers
This class is geared to improve your flexibility and mental control to help with your golf game.
Class meets Monday nights at 6 PM at the pool deck .

WAGO” (Water Yoga)
Water Yoga helps develop strength, balance, increased range of motion and is low impact. The water allows a release from gravity, which in return allows better stretching and relieving stress.
Class will meet Saturday morning at 8 AM at the pool. Bring your water weights and pool noodle if you have them.
