NEW HYBRID TRAINING CLASS!
WHAT IS HYBRID TRAINING: IT IS A COMBINATION OF PERSONAL TRAINING AND GROUP FITNESS. THIS FORMAT ALLOWS YOU TO GET THE PROGRAMMING AND SUPERVISION OF 1-ON-1 PERSONAL TRAINING, WHILE WORKING AT YOUR OWN PACE IN A GROUP SETTING. WORKOUTS ARE TAILORED TO YOUR INDIVIDUAL NEEDS AND GOALS, SO ALL FITNESS LEVELS ARE WELCOME TO JOIN.

WHEN/WHERE: TUESDAY’S AND THURSDAY’S FROM 9-10AM IN THE LAKE JOVITA FITNESS CENTER

COST: $12.50 PER SESSION (MONTHLY COMMITMENT, BASED ON 8 SESSIONS PER MONTH = $100)
